The sandwich plate comes single or double drilled.
The shoe hole pattern comes in Berkeley 4 hole, Dominator 5 hole or you can order it blank with no holes.
The sandwich plate type comes in Slotted Degree Notches or 10 holes (5 on each side for adjustment)
