Return Policy

Returns
AZ JetBoat return policy is 30 days from initial purchase. After 30 days of initial purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

For a return to be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all original tags still attached. Parts installed, modified or damaged will not be accepted.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Stickers that were not installed correctly due to installer error

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns need to be sent back to AZ JetBoats and not to the manufacturer. Please start off by emailing a detailed message to AZJETBOATS@GMAIL.COM

Refunds (if applicable)
Parts returned are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please be mindful of sizes/color/etc when ordering.

Shipping back items to AZ JetBoats
To return your product, please start off by emailing a detailed message to AZJETBOATS@GMAIL.COM

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item/items over $50, it is recommended you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
